How yoga prompted the writing of a very special book, where chackra mingle with delicious soups.
This book is presently in French, but Helen Giovanello, the author, hopes to see it soon translated into English. Helen is Italian, and has been living abroad for years. She currently lives in Paris, where she works as a yoga teacher. For a long time Helen has been following the principles of Ayurveda. One of them suggests not to go to bed at night before having digested your dinner. To stick to this principle, when Helen was training herself to become a yoga teacher and often arrived home late at night, she searched for something light to eat. That’s how she started making soups. She enjoyed discovering more and more combinations. One day she got the idea to link her soups to the colours representing the chakras energetic circles and to Ayurveda cuisine. While experimenting, she wrote down her recipes, and when she got to 108 soups, she realised a book was ready to be published.
