The Afghan salad is a mixture of fresh vegetable washed, nicely cut into small pieces or as a dip and presented on a tray or on a plate.
The sauce does not exist lemon only may be poured on it…no oil, no yogourt simple slides of tasty vegetables.
Let’s notice that the green peppers are always present cut in slices and fresh coriander as well as a decoration effect.
